Jack G. Faup M.D. was born in Toulouse, France. He received his medical degree in Faculte de Medecine with honors from the Universite de Toulouse. Dr. Faup went on to serve in the French Army Medical Corps for two years before completing his residency at various hospitals. Those hospitals included Centre Hospitalier Regional in Toulouse, Bay State University Hospital in Springfield, Massachusetts, and Orange Memorial Hospital in Orlando, Florida.
Dr. Faup has been the recipient of many scholarships and fellowships, including the Fulbright Scholarship.
The doctor received his license to practice medicine in the state of Florida in September 1970. The very next month, he opened his own private practice. He has been providing excellence in obstetric and gynecological care ever since.
